Mid Terms Rate Maps

Overview​

A midterm rate map exposes two views of the same 1096 daily rates starting from start_date:

  • map — the raw nightly rates as configured by the property manager. Use this when you need to display the PM's own rates.
  • map_with_price_variation — the same rates after applying the calling Application's price increase (per-period overrides via Applications Periods Rentals, falling back to the Application's default_price_increase). Use this when calculating what to charge a guest. See map vs map_with_price_variation for details.

List mid term rate maps​

Update a mid term rate map​

Update requirement

Rental attribute mid_term_pricing_active must be set to true, before you can write to this endpoint.

Partial update

This endpoint supports partial updates, meaning you can push only subset that changes with corresponding start_date.

Each map maximum length follows the same restrictions as start_date. Please note that only 1096 nights of data can be sent when the start_date is yesterday UTC. Therefore if sending start_date as today UTC, you can only set 1095 nights.

Returns an updated mid term rate map identified by ID.
